• “Application” refers to Textify: Book PDF to TXT, including all updates, upgrades, and features.
• “User” or “you” refers to any individual or entity using the Application.
• “Developer”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to Devhouse (also published as DevhouseSlr on Google Play Store).

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes on compatible devices, subject to this Agreement.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Application and all related content—including but not limited to logos, text, design, software, and graphics—are owned by the Developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4. Restrictions on Use

You agree NOT to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Sell, rent, sublicense, or distribute the Application
• Use the Application for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

5. Updates and Improvements

We may release updates or improvements at any time, including bug fixes, performance enhancements, or new features. Continued use of the Application means you accept these updates.

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We may terminate your access if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the Application and delete all copies.

11. Governing Law
